We are pleased to welcome Felix Deak to our December house concerts. Felix, a baroque cellist, attended the University of Toronto

under Christina Mahler and Shauna Rolston. As a founding member of I FURIOSI Baroque Ensemble, Felix showcases his Baroque career whilst continuing to work as a freelance musician with orchestras and chamber ensembles, including Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and Arbor Oak Trio.

Felix  will accompany the chorale on his 16th century Viola da Gamba during the December House Concerts 

Following his riveting performance of Vivaldi’s ‘Summer,’ violinist Edwin Huizinga, in collaboration with Artistic Director Ron Greidanus, will perform Cesar Franke’s monumental

Sonata in A Major for piano and violin.   Edwin has an undergraduate degree in violin performance from Oberlin Conservatory in Oberlin Ohio and a Masters in violin performance from the San Francisco Conservatory in California.

We always welcome the members of our chamber orchestra who will accompany us for the performances of Handel's Messiah and Vivaldi Four Seasons concerts
